Led by groove, improv and raw, unadulterated emotion, Bradley/McGillivray blend blues, jazz, Motown and gospel into their own hip brand of soul. Ruth McGillivray is a singer you don’t want to miss–captivating, authentic and entertaining—with a wicked set of pipes. Her knock-you-flat vocals are nicely balanced by Sheldon Bradley’s tasteful, understated guitar, while an inventive rhythm section rounds out the whole sound.
